Officers later returned to the Richardson's home to arrest the high school graduate. The Warren County Sheriff's Office said the remains had likely been buried for 10 to 12 weeks. Israel installed metal detectors last week and added security cameras Sunday near the entrance of Temple Mount in Old Jerusalem. Jordan is the official custodian of Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem. Many of Jordan's 7 million people are of Palestinian origin. Suggesting strong support for the new bill, McCarthy and House Foreign Affairs Chairman Ed Royce issued a joint statement in which they noted that in May, the House voted 419-1 to impose sanctions on North Korea.
