The DNC filed a civil lawsuit seeking millions of dollars from WikiLeaks, the Trump campaign, and the Russian government for engaging in conspiracy. Defendants in the suit, which was filed in federal court in NY, include three people who have been indicted as a result of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of alleged Russian meddling: former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, his associate Rick Gates and former campaign aide George Papadopoulos. The incident illustrated the bias that can affect even the most normal activities such as meeting someone for coffee in the USA public spaces. They are working to resolve the issues and ask taxpayers to file their returns as you normally would. An IRS spokeswoman would not comment on when the problem would be resolved. (more...)
