The agency upgraded the scale of quake from its earlier assessment of the 3.0 magnitude. Another official at the the Korea Meteorological Administration's command center said it is believed to have been a natural quake. And while we're glad Trump's administration insists it is seeking a diplomatic resolution, we wonder if his insulting language describing North Korea's Kim Jong Un won't do more harm than good. The natural disaster is reported to have occurred near a nuclear test site and previous quakes have occurred during weapons' tests. Monitoring groups estimate that the nuclear test conducted in North Korea earlier this month had a yield of 250 kilotons, which is 16 times the size of the USA bomb that destroyed Hiroshima ...
