Arabella Ark‏, another passenger, snapped a photo of the alleged altercation, which showed a man's arm extended toward another person. The employee has now been suspended. A spokesman for EasyJet said the person in the photograph is believed to work for the Nice airport's special assistance provider, Samsic , which is contracted to help disabled passengers. (more...)

China, the North's main ally, said it opposed North Korea's missile launches , which it said violate UN Security Council resolutions created to curb Pyongyang's banned nuclear and missile programmes. In all, six sets of United Nations sanctions have been imposed on North Korea since it first tested an atomic device in 2006, but two resolutions adopted a year ago significantly toughened the sanctions regime. A family was enjoying a reunion in the Big Flat area when the two girls - aged eight and 16 - made a decision to head off on an ATV adventure together. He picked the girls up and brought them to Beaver Valley Hospital. At that time, the 16-year-old girl was in a serious condition while the eight-year-old was in a critical condition in the hospital.
