The weaker level of the U.S. dollar is also adding upward momentum. US crude inventories fell for a record 10th straight week to the lowest since February 2015, official figures showed on Wednesday. US output has grown by more than 17 per cent since mid-2016, and is now on par with that of top exporter Saudi Arabia. Fellow MPC member Silvana Tenreyro said on Monday that the BoE had "ample time" before it needed to raise rates again. The annual CPI in rural areas in December ruled higher at 5.27 per cent, while in urban India it rose by 5.09 per cent. The only other Florida store on that list was in the town of Fern Park, near Altamonte Springs. "We know this is hard news for our associates and we are working to place as many of them as possible at nearby locations". Walmart announced on Thursday it is closing 63 of its Sam's Club stores. Without any warning, Walmart closed dozens of Sam's Club stores and laid off thousands of workers. Walmart says it is raising hourly pay to $11 from $9 as a result of the new United States tax law. "When you get low unemployment rates, that affects lower-wage workers the most ", Gould said.
