Hulu, Spotify team up to offer bundle package

Revelers enjoy music at an Independence Day celebration in downtown Jerusalem

Spotify Premium, now with Hulu will be available to everyone this summer.

This bundle is a deepening of a partnership between the two companies that began in September 2017, when Spotify and Hulu introduced a bundle that allowed college students to use both of their services for $4.99 per month.

For just $12.99/month, you'll get access to Spotify Premium and Hulu's base plan that includes limited commercials.

If you're someone that has a PS4 and now subscribes to Sony's premium online service PlayStation Plus, then for a limited time you can get a discount on your Spotify subscription by purchasing it through your console.

It's because back in February, a number of US Spotify users reported that they'd received an offer inside the app for a new device that would come included as part of a $12.99-per-month subscription. Further, Alex Norstrom added, "With this exclusive Spotify offer, we are bundling two top media platforms for an unbeatable price".

For the first three months, Hulu will also only charge existing Spotify Premium users $0.99 a month for the addition.

Tim Connolly, Hulu's senior VP said, "Based on the outstanding performance of the Spotify and Hulu student package, it's clear that consumers love to combine their music and television experiences together".
