A 21-year-old man (victim 1) was discovered with stab wounds to his back.

Hurley confirmed the "brutal" attack on her Twitter account, saying it is an "appalling" time for the family.

The actress and model, 52, has returned to Britain to be with 21-year-old Miles Hurley.

Actor Elizabeth Hurley's nephew Miles was stabbed multiple times in London. PEOPLE reports that another man was found at the scene with knife wounds and both are now in hospital, where "their conditions are described as not life-threatening or life-changing", according to police. The police & hospital are being fantastic.

It is understood the stranger stabbed him several times before fleeing.

"His family feared the worse", said a source close to the situation. A source added: "They are believed to have been attacked by a group of males who got out of a vehicle and assaulted them before fleeing the scene".

The 52-year-old star of The Royals was pictured landing at Heathrow Airport on Friday and is said to have flown back from the United States where she was promoting the show to be with him.

She explained that a patrolling police officer spotted the victim in distress and tended to his injuries until emergency crews arrived.

Police said last night that there have so far been no arrests made in relation to the stabbing.

Liz is especially close to Miles, whose mum is her older sister Kate Curran, 54.

And Elizabeth left the US on Friday (09Mar18) to be with her family after the "appalling" incident.

Since 2013, Miles has modeled for reputable brands like Roberto Cavalli and Dolce & Gabbana.

The Estee Lauder ambassador has previously shared Mr Hurley's modelling photos, tweeting: "Here's my handsome nephew".

He said: "I'm really close to my aunt and she's very supportive of everything I do".
