Kit Harington cried when he read the final 'Game of Thrones' episode

Kit Harington says start of Game of Thrones season 8 filming made him cry

"School, drama school, anything", he explained. "It's gonna be a odd sort of year saying goodbye to everyone".

"So I went to the bad taste party dressed as Jon Snow, which was really embarrassing when the girls bringing around canap├ęs and drinks were looking at me going, 'You sad man".

The 30-year-old actor plays Jon Snow on the hit HBO programme, and during an appearance on the U.K.'s The One Show on Friday, he shared that he and his castmates wept at a recent read-through.

The actor further said that when they get to filming the last bits of season 8, he will feel "strange" to say goodbye to all the members of his "Game of Thrones" family. "Not only you're attached to it, loads of people around the world are attached to it". Meanwhile, watch Kit Harington being interviewed about the Season 8 finale below. "You have to remember that [after] eight years of it - no one really cares about it more than us".

Harington's character, Jon Snow, has always been a fan favourite, and we're betting he'll be one of the last characters standing at the end of season 8.

He was asked many questions about the upcoming "Game of Thrones" installment and his recently-announced wedding plans with Rose Leslie.

What Kit Harington has to say?

Game of Thrones begins filming its final season on Monday.

Of course, no documentation of the lead-up to the foiled plot can gloss over what stirred its conspirators to act: the brutal, gruesome sectarian violence that took place at the time targeting Catholics, who were seen as traitors - owing their allegiance more to the Pope than to the King.

KIT Harington has revealed Game Of Thrones filmed a secret episode that will NEVER be show on TV. Don't take pictures in Belfast.
