A rendering of Steel Vengeance, the new roller coaster still under construction at Cedar Point.

Take a virtual ride on Cedar Point's new record-breaking coaster, Steel Vengeance, in the video above to see it for yourself. There are 27.2 seconds of total airtime throughout the entire ride, which is the most airtime on any roller coaster ever constructed in the world.

If you are from the Midwest, you are likely well-aware of Cedar Point.

"We've made some pretty big announcements in our roller coaster history, this announcement will redefine the category", park spokesperson Tony Clark tells WKYC.

According to Cedar Point's description of Steel Vengeance, riders will board one of three trains and climb 205 feet above FrontierTown.

Steel Vengeance, the tallest, fastest and longest hybrid roller coaster in the world, will stand at more than 200 feet tall. Well, now you can check out its next coaster digitally before it opens next year.

The theme park has a plethora of wooden coasters as well, including the massive Twister, the legendary Phoenix (the park's oldest operating coaster) and the unique Flying Turns, which is a mostly-trackless bobsled roller coaster.

Dubbed the "Thrill Capital of the Southeast", the Carowinds theme park on the border between North and SC boasts 13 fantastic roller coasters to visit. Thrill-seekers often anticipate its new rides. When it does, it will be the tallest and fastest of its kind anywhere.
