BET Awards Wields, And Exerts, Its Influence Beyond Black America

"I ain't left off Bad and Boujee, you think I left off Bad and Boujee?", Takeoff furiously replied. But things seemed to take a sour turn after the show was over, as shown in their interview with Joe Budden and DJ Akademiks.

Tensions were initially heightened after YouTube host DJ Akademiks asked Migos rapper Takeoff why he didn't feature on their track 'Bad and Boujee'.

A fight almost broke out between Joe Budden and Migos at the annual BET Awards. Quavo, another member, then responds: "Well wrap it up then".

So, when Akademiks proclaims Migos one of his favorite rap groups and Joe drops his mic and walks away in disdain, the Atlanta rappers understandably reacted, all standing up in unison and asking, "So, what you wanna do then?"

Budden later took to Twitter to explain why he ditched the interview. Presenter Nadeska Alexis can be heard saying: "Where's our security?"

The altercation seemingly continued with Budden when another video surfaced online, this time showing the Migos in a parking lot.

Brown is clearly seen in the video being held back by friends, with Khaled and Future nearby.

Many people voiced disapproval of how Budden handled things.

That wasn't the only beef the T-Shirt rappers got into on the night, as they reportedly nearly got into it with Chris Brown's team.

Chris Brown is still beefing with anybody who date his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

The incident with Budden wasn't Migos' only altercation that night.

The Everyday Struggle crew hit the red carpet at the 2017 BET Awards where they chopped it up with several artists.
