Ryan Reynolds Shares First Deadpool 2 Set Image

Deadpool shoot at castle

Ryan Reynolds has shared the first official image from the set of Deadpool 2.

When foul-mouthed anti-hero Deadpool comes knocking, it's no surprise no one's around to answer. Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, who are played by Stefan Kapicic and Brianna Hildebrand respectively, were the only proper members of the team to appear in the first film. It's amusing that I only ever see two of you.

Case in point: Reynolds has now released the following Deadpool 2 set photo online through his verified Twitter account, accompanied with a message that reads "Dropped by the X-Mansion".

The same photo was posted on Instagram with a nice shot taken at the X-Men's Beast: "Dropped by X-Mansion".

The tweet alludes to the lack of X-Men appearing in the first film. And since production on the film has now begun, we can expect Reynolds to be posting a lot on social media, updating us on the film and channeling his character.

There isn't much information on Deadpool 2's plot as of yet.

Deadpool 2 is set to come out sometime in 2018, with Josh Brolin coming into the fold as Cable and Zazie Beetz as Domino.

Ryan Reynolds will return as Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool, the Merc with a Mouth.
